Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

This solution is developed and published by SoftServe Solutions. We retain full ownership, copyright, and licensing rights to the Software and its associated documentation.

The Navi Apparel Solution is delivered as an extension for
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
and is intended for use only within supported Business Central environments.

If you wish to purchase this solution made available through Microsoft AppSource or other authorized channels, you may be required to provide certain information relevant to your purchase.

License and Usage

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software strictly for your internal business operations.

You may not copy or use the Software or Documentation except as expressly permitted under this License.

The Software is provided as a compiled Business Central extension (.app file).

Any attempt to alter, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Software is strictly prohibited.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy the Software except for reasonable internal backup purposes
• Distribute, transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or sell the Software
• Allow any third party to use the Software without authorization
• Attempt to access or derive the source code (including AL code)
• Modify or interfere with the Software’s functionality or security

Platform Dependency

This Software operates solely within
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

You acknowledge that:

• A valid Business Central license is required
• Microsoft platform terms and limitations apply
• The Software cannot function as a standalone product

Purchases

If you make a purchase through Microsoft AppSource or other authorized platforms, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All purchases are subject to applicable licensing and subscription terms.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the exclusive property of SoftServe Solutions. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software
• You must uninstall the extension from your environment

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
