Softserve Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides Apparel Suite 365, an extension designed to operate within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In order to deliver and improve the Software, we may collect certain types of information. This includes system and technical data such as tenant identifiers, extension version details, diagnostic logs, and usage telemetry that helps us understand performance and feature usage. We may also process business data, such as inventory records, orders, production details, financial data, and customer or vendor information; however, such data remains fully under your control, and we act strictly as a data processor on your behalf. Additionally, when you contact us for support, we may collect basic contact details such as your name, email address, and any information you provide related to your issue.

The information we collect is used solely for legitimate business purposes, including providing and maintaining the Software, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, improving functionality and performance, and delivering customer support. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties.

All data processed by Apparel Suite 365 is primarily stored within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. Where necessary, Microsoft Azure infrastructure or authorized service providers may be used strictly for service delivery purposes. We do not process or transfer data outside these contexts without a valid operational requirement.

We may share limited data with Microsoft for platform-related operations or with authorized service providers who assist in delivering support and maintaining the Software. Such sharing is strictly controlled and does not include any use of your data for marketing or advertising purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures designed to protect your information, including access controls, authentication mechanisms, and secure handling practices. While we strive to maintain a high level of security, no system can guarantee absolute protection, and users should also ensure proper access management within their environments.

Upon termination of your use of the Software, your data remains within your Business Central environment, and you are responsible for managing its retention, export, or deletion.

As a user of the Software, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection requirements such as GDPR or the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your users or customers whose data is processed within the system.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Such requests should typically be handled through your organization’s system administrator or internal data controller.

Apparel Suite 365 relies on third-party services, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Azure. The use of these services is subject to Microsoft’s own privacy and compliance policies, which operate independently of this statement.
